- 2 tablespoons (tbsp) of Lekithos Organic Walnut Protein Powder
- 2 tablespoons (tbsp) of oats
- 1 tablespoon (tbsp) of walnut butter (or peanut butter)
- 1/2 tablespoon (tbsp) of organic cocoa powder
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/4 cup cold coffee
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Note: Adjust ingredient amounts to taste. If you prefer more of a coffee taste, add more coffee and less almond milk. Want it less hearty, reduce or remove oats.
