Shipping Policies and Returns

Cancellation

To cancel an order prior to shipping, please email us (info@lekithos.com) immediately your name, contact information (phone/email), order number and a brief note requesting to cancel your order. Once we receive your email, we will verify with you that your order has been canceled

Defective Products

If your product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, please call (1-888-938-5188) or email us (info@lekithos.com) your name, contact information (phone/email), order number, pictures (if possible) and a brief note describing the issue with your order. After determining is the product is sutible for return, we will email you a shipping label or QR code to send defective product back and reissue a replacement.

If rquesting a refund, return the unused portion of the order within fifteen (15) days of purchase for a full refund. Refund will be fulfill once product has been shipped and tracked. Refunds normally take between 3-14 days.

  • You are not responsible for shipping.
  • We do not refund original shipping fee.
  • We do not charge a restocking fee on any products.
  • Refund will be reimbursed to original payment method.

Additional Information

Orders will be processed, packed and shipped within three (3) days upon receipt, pending payment verification. Back-ordered item(s) will ship free-of-charge to the customer once available unless canceled in the meantime. Orders to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS) only.

If Buyer is not completely satisfied for any reason with the product(s), Buyer can return the unused portion of the order within fifteen (15) days of purchase for a full refund in the original form of payment less the original shipping and packaging charge. Buyer must carefully package the product(s) and is responsible for the cost of return shipping. LEKITHOS must physically receive the returned product(s) within the thirty (30) day period to warrant a refund. LEKITHOS reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements. Buyer may send return product(s) and receipt to: Lekithos Inc.
