Organic sunflower seed protein

Hi! I truly love your products. I have ordered the Cashew, Almond, and Pumpkin proteins. Most recent is the Sunflower seed protein. They are great in smoothies, protein drinks, food and baking.. I love that the sunflower protein has no sodium Was wondering if possible to create a pumpkin protein with less sodium? The Cashew and almond are moderate in sodium. Thanks for your great products!!
