LEKITHOS® Organic Garlic Oil is produced by infusing organic extra virgin olive oil with fresh organic garlic cloves. This method is also referred to as “macerating”, and is an old tradition in the Southeast of France. This process enables the olive oil to adopt the savory, flavor and health supporting constituents of fresh garlic cloves. Garlic oil is used in culinary applications as well as for salads and dressings, or simply as a dipping oil.
