Macadamia nuts are native to Australia, and have a subtle, butter-like flavor. Like most nuts, macadamia nuts are a great source of antioxidants.

Lekithos® Organic Macadamia Nut Flour is high in fiber and magnesium, and provides niacin (Vitamin B3).

Flour, not protein

Not a good protein option for smoothies. Clumps and dissolves poorly. Cloyingly sweet taste. As the smaller print on the label indicates, this product is macadamia flour. Might be suitable for baked goods.
